SNACKS

I’m tired of the go-to keto snacks I’ve had for the past month. String cheese, pepperoni, summer sausage, and bacon.

What do you snack on?

How often do you snack?

Why do vegetables taste so bland without dressing?

Okay, that last one isn’t really serious, but really, is it too much to ask for broccoli to grow with a bit of seasoning already in there? Geez.

  1. I go for almonds! And, you can always steam your veggies, adding in some onion and chive cream cheese to give a light saucy flavor. They stay well in the fridge in small snack size containers ( or maybe not so small) and you just heat them up at work in the micro. Also, can you say lettuce wrap? You can stick anything in those and they’re great! Spreading onion and chive cream cheese lightly in anything makes ANYTHING taste better!
